All of my colleagues are open, helpful, skilled, and down-to-earth. Something that is important to me is that I can create my own path of development and I know I will always be able to do that at Solita. There are fantastic opportunities for skill development within the company.

Something new is always happening in tech, and I love staying on track with new things. There hasn’t been a week where I went home and felt my week was just business as usual. Every week I go home thinking: “Wow, what a week, I learned so much again!”

I wanted to work for a company that has a Finnish working culture: low hierarchies, ability to speak up, and high priority for employees’ well-being.

The key reason that keeps me here is the people and culture aspect. People here are highly skilled but also approachable, and the atmosphere is warm and open. We are encouraged to show up authentically, which means that we can say what we think, and people’s views are respected.
