The Danish Prison and Probation Service plays a central role in the Danish justice system and is tasked with enforcing the sentences imposed by the courts, both through detention, supervision, and community service. The organisation is dedicated to bringing people safely to a life without crime. This requires both human resources and strong digital solutions.
Today, more than 4,000 employees in the Danish Prison and Probation Service use four specially developed client core systems for case management and information exchange with other authorities. The systems are crucial for the Danish Prison and Probation Service to carry out its work efficiently and correctly, and they place high demands on stability, security, and further development. Solita is responsible for maintaining and developing these business-critical core systems, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
