Solita Design & Strategy forms a Northern European community of about 200 strategic designers, digital designers, enterprise designers and business transformation makers. What do we expect from you?
As a senior AI business designer, you help clients understand what AI and GenAI mean for their business. You lead conversations that clarify strategic choices and priorities. You take part in planning AI transformations and support organizations in building new AI enabled ways of working.
You use human centered design methods to frame business problems, identify the needs of users and stakeholders and shape solution concepts. Your primary role is strategic and you ensure that AI investments focus on areas where they create the highest business impact.
You work within a multidisciplinary team and bring together commercial understanding, technological potential and a human perspective. You guide teams toward the wanted business impact and make sure strategic decisions translate into practical execution.
The role also includes active sales work. You independently lead large and complex proposals, identify new opportunities and develop client accounts across country borders. You support the development of Solita’s offerings and help position the company in international AI and data strategy and business design engagements.
Some of our recent projects include:
- Helping a leading European Manufacturing Company develop their AI strategy, drive a comprehensive AI transformation program, and run an AI value delivery pipeline all the way from idea capture to production.
- Helping Nordic Transportation Company by coaching and inspiring their leadership teams to understand the opportunities and capabilities needed to adopt AI, as part of wider leadership coaching program.
- Supporting Nordic Telco Company with their data platform renewal, securing the technical development is driven by business value, and generating capabilities and ways of workingthat enable AI ready data for the future.
In a nutshell, we’re looking for:
- Ability to advise and inspire C level leaders and executive teams on AI and GenAI business potential. You have worked in situations where strategic decisions must be made under pressure and you bring clarity, direction and well reasoned insight.
- Understanding of the opportunities and limitations of AI and GenAI. You can discuss architecture, data capabilities and the requirements for adopting AI in a way that supports well informed investment decisions.
- Strong experience in business strategy, business development, transformation design or a similar strategic role. Experience from consulting, expert organizations or large enterprises is required.
- Experience with design thinking methods and the ability to apply them in a business development or strategic context.
- Experience in creating new opportunities, grow accounts with Account Directors and lead multidimensional proposals.
- Fluent English. Finnish is an advantage but not required.
