Solita recognised as Health-Promoting Workplace

Solita has been honoured with the Health-Promoting Workplace award by the Estonian Health Development Institute (TAI) in cooperation with the Labor Inspectorate. The recognition highlights Solita’s systematic efforts to foster a safe and healthy work environment. 

In addition to this, Solita recently received the Diverse Workplace by the Estonian Human Rights Centre (EHRC) for its commitment to inclusivity, as well as the Good Working Environment award.

“Our whole team is committed to promoting a positive and healthy work culture. Happy team equals a happy business”, commented Märt Ridala, Country Director, Solita Estonia. Solita achieved strong financial results in 2023 and continued to grow in 2023. The company now employs 2,100 digital transformation professionals in Europe.

The “Health-Promoting Workplace” recognition is awarded to employers who systematically create, develop and maintain a safe working environment that promotes healthy lifestyles and choices. The recognition is given for a period of three years at a time. The recipients of the recognition can be found on the Institute of Health Development’s website.
