The Estonian Human Rights Centre (EHRC) has awarded Solita Estonia the Diverse Workplace Label.

The Diversity Label is a quality label administered by the Estonian Human Rights Centre, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. The diversity label indicates that the company is an attractive, inclusive employer.

The Diverse Workplace label is both a recognition and a development opportunity for inclusive employers valuing diversity and striving to foster a diverse, inclusive work environment. In the selection process, inclusivity supporting measures concerning, for example, the gender pay gap, prevention of discrimination in the workplace, and future goal setting are evaluated.

The “Respecting Differences” label is issued by EHRC in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. The first labels were awarded in 2018, and today 49 employers hold the label. The label is valid for two years.

“We are proud for receiving the recognition for our long-term dedication to ensure a diverse, inclusive workplace for our talented crew. Besides marking our responsibility as an employer, inclusivity and diversity are drivers for our successful, positively impactful client work”, commented Maarika Pukspuu, People & Culture Lead for Solita Estonia.

The technology, data, and design company Solita has received several recognitions lately. The Labor Inspectorate of Estonia awarded Solita as the Good Working Environment of the year 2023, and the global Women Tech Network named Solita the world’s third-best workplace for women. The company also received recognition for being the Most Human-Centric Work Community and was ranked in the top 10 most wanted employers in Finland. Solita currently employs over 2,000 professionals in nine countries.
