Fimlab generates a significant amount of data, which is critical for both their operations and services. However, outdated tools and limited resources have hampered the full utilisation of this data. The main challenge was to develop a cohesive vision for future data and AI utilisation that could address these limitations and align with Fimlab’s strategic goals.

The largest laboratory company in Finland, Fimlab, provides healthcare laboratory services, education and research in the laboratory field. With Solita’s help, Fimlab discovered what the biggest bottlenecks of their current operations are and created a clear AI and data vision and roadmap for the future.
