Dynamic purchasing system – SKI 02.06, SKI 02.17 and SKI 02.14

Solita has been selected as a supplier of IT consultancy services to the public sector for the next two years as “SKI 02.17 Consultants”.

SKI 02.17 enables the state, regions, municipalities and the utilities sector to purchase a wide range of IT consultancy competencies quickly and efficiently through a direct and simplified process.

This makes the procurement process much more efficient and faster, benefiting both public sector organisations and suppliers. Prices are broken down into categories for a range of service areas, providing a great opportunity to request the right team. 

We are now part of the dynamic purchasing system SKI 02.14, which replaces conventional restrictive framework agreements with an agile, electronic marketplace for IT consultants. The system is driven by a mini-tender principle, where public sector clients tender specific tasks, and pre-qualified suppliers submit bids with up-to-date pricing.

The flexible agreement models allow clients to tailor their procurement as either hourly-based competency purchases or specific task assignments across 14 technical service areas.
