In Poland this means that you will join the Solita Poland team at Future Mind, a company that is an integral part of the Solita Group based in Finland.

In practice, this means you’ll work on demanding Databricks-centric customer engagements and receive structured support from Solita to develop your skills, visibility, and Databricks collaboration – aligned with your own goals.
Who is this role for and what do we expect?
We’re looking for Databricks professionals who already have strong hands-on experience delivering Databricks-based data, analytics, ML, or AI solutions.
Your background could be in, for example, data engineering, data architecture, AI architecture, ML / AI Engineering or data science. Above all, you are someone who wants to:
- Deepen your Databricks expertise even further
- Contribute as a senior expert in impactful client projects
- Build your own expert profile (customers, community, Databricks collaboration)
We expect that you have:
- Solid, production-level experience with Databricks-based data, analytics, ML, or AI solutions
- Ability and motivation to work as a senior or lead expert in client environments
- Interest in sharing knowledge and developing together
- Curiosity, ambition, and a desire to grow to the top of your field
