Experience level: Senior
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who combines deep technical expertise in the integration domain with a consultative, client-focused approach. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations of all sizes design, implement, and evolve their integration landscapes. Your work will shape system architectures and guide lifecycle decisions, delivering impact that lasts. Supporting sales by contributing to proposals, preparing materials, and offering technical insights is also an important part of the role.
You won’t be doing this alone. At Solita, you’ll be joining a community of integration experts, with broad experience across a wide range of industries and platforms. We focus on modern API design, cloud integration, and automation, always choosing the right tools for the client’s needs. Our core integration technologies include MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Azure tools and Kafka. With us, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects both in the public and private sectors.
For example, we supported the forest machinery manufacturer Ponsse in optimising its operations and increasing service sales by delivering a modern, cloud-based data platform and integrations with multiple data sources.
What do you need to succeed?
- Extensive experience in consulting, along with a strong conceptual understanding of iPaasS solutions, common communication protocols and message formats, API management tools, and public cloud service components
- Proven leadership in integration projects, providing clear, actionable guidance in senior consulting roles across both technical and business domains
- Expertise in automation and lifecycle management of integration platforms, from planning and implementation to optimization and long-term support.
- Experience and interest in supporting sales, including solution planning, implementation scoping & participating in customer meetings
- Ability to work with a wide range of clients, from public sector organisations to international enterprises, with a pragmatic and consultative approach to technology choices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in multidisciplinary teams and bridging the gap between business and technology
- Please note that some of our current projects require fluency in Finnish
