As a Senior HRIS Expert, you’ll play a key role in supporting and driving Solita’s growth and Workday use in the HRM area. You’ll act as a technical expert on migration projects and other HCM-related areas, build compensation & benefits solutions, and configure/support daily people processes in Workday. You’ll also drive AI development in the HRIS domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of Workday HCM migration projects (upcoming 1-2 M&A migrations during 2026)
- Build and support compensation & benefits solutions for Solita
- Configure and support daily HR processes in Workday (payroll, absences, employment lifecycle, etc.)
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Finance, IT, Operations) to build integrated solutions
- Drive AI and automation initiatives in HRIS as part of a team
What We Expect
- Proven Workday HCM technical experience (configuration, international setup)
- Strong HRM process knowledge (payroll, absences, employment lifecycle)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional solution building
- Experience with compensation & benefits and former background in Workday migrations/implementations are seen as a big plus.
