What we are looking for
We are growing our process excellence capabilities in Solita’s Design & Strategy. To do this, we are looking for an experienced and driven process mining professional who is passionate about creating impact. Join us if you feel that the opportunities that come with process mining are not fully exploited and there are great achievements to be made – and you are the one who can steer our customers to do this.
In this position, your projects will concentrate on data-driven process discovery, conformance checking, process (re-)design and process analysis (e.g. variants, root-cause, impact of change) to improve business value out of data.
Key tasks include both implementing and using process mining tools, data extraction, designing data models and dashboards, creating process and root cause analysis, identifying improvement, and supporting the clients with data-driven process improvement. You are the guide for our customers in implementing their selected process mining tools and helping them exploit the tools to their full potential.
You will typically have multiple customer projects at hand simultaneously and work closely with our transformation, process excellence, data & AI experts.
Our approach to process mining
We at Solita want to help our clients utilize processes and process-driven approach where relevant to meet client’s business goals – this can mean e.g. to increase productivity in the supply chain, find a way to reorganize procure-to-pay, improve transparency in order-to-cash business operations etc.
As we are developing our approach in this area, you also have multiple topics to further develop your competence in such as process redesign, process governance, process innovation, change management, value-driven design and many more! Together we will share cool stuff happening around process excellence, business transformation, data, and other related topics as well. We believe that at its best, process mining goes beyond just improving efficiency and focuses on aligning process improvements with the overall strategic goals, ensuring that the efforts translate into tangible value for various business stakeholders.
What we hope you have in your carry-on
- Holistic thinking and an ability to “connect the dots” and the people
- Curious attitude, strong drive for better performance and ability to learn quickly
- Experience in any of the leading process mining tools such as ARIS, Celonis or SAP Signavio
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL, data transformation, and data analytics
- Familiarity with database technologies, ETL, and programming languages (Java, Python, R)
- Relevant educational background that allows you to succeed in the position
- Interest in consultative client work and creating impact that lasts
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Understanding of and interest in design thinking and methodology
- Fluency in English and in Finnish
As a bonus you might also have
- Experience with typical process mining candidate processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash etc.
- Previous work as a consultant
- Knowledge or experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and their data structures
