Solita among top finalists at Grand One 2026

Customer projects by Solita, the AI and data transformation company, have received the highest number of finalist nominations in this year’s Grand One competition for the best digital services. Solita’s projects were shortlisted six times, competing in five different categories. 

The company’s work was recognised among the best in the following categories:

  • Best Use of AI or New Technology
  • Most Accessible Digital Service
  • Best Service Design
  • Best Work Promoting Positive Change, and
  • Best Digital Service

The following client projects by Solita were selected as finalists:

  • AI as the first point of contact – Helen’s new customer service model – Best Use of AI or Other New Technology
  • HSL Ticket Shop – Most Accessible Digital Service
  • S purchase card – Best Service Design; Best Work Promoting Positive Change
  • Vero.fi – Best Digital Service; Most Accessible Digital Service

The largest competition for digital communications

This year, 432 entries are competing in 20 different categories at Grand One, covering digital marketing, communications, data and innovation, as well as service design. A total of 214 unique projects were submitted.

Grand One is Finland’s largest and most prestigious competition for digital media, marketing and service design. The competition showcases the very best of Finnish digital expertise across 20 categories. The jury consists of industry experts, and the competition culminates in an annual gala.
