Vesa Aittomäki (CFO) has been appointed Solita’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the leadership team as of February 1, 2022. He has previously worked for Telia.
Saana Nurminen (General Counsel). Nurminen, who has been heading Solita’s legal affairs since 2019, joined Solita’s leadership team as of January 1, 2022.
Outi Sivonen (CHRO) has been appointed Solita’s Chief Human Resources Officer as of January 1, 2022. She was previously responsible for developing the company’s competencies and leadership.
Timo Honko (Executive Vice President, Finland) will continue in the leadership team with responsibility for Solita’s operations in Finland.
Joris Haelterman (Executive Vice President, Belgium and Germany) will continue in the leadership team with responsibility for Solita’s operations in Belgium and Germany.
Johan Thyblad (Executive Vice President, Sweden) will continue in the leadership team with responsibility for Solita’s operations in Sweden.
Simo Paasi (COO) will continue as Solita’s Chief Operating Officer.
Peter Barkman, (Chief Marketing Officer and Mergers & Acquisitions Lead) joined Solita’s leadership team as of January 1, 2022.
