You've built the pipelines. You've tamed the platforms. You've optimized the queries. Now, what's next? More of the same, or a landscape where your expertise isn't just applied, but amplified through AI acceleration, collective intelligence, empowered autonomy for impact, and dedicated opportunities for growth.
We’re a community of 400+ data and integration professionals. We focus on designing and building modern cloud data platforms, scalable data pipelines, and advanced analytics foundations. If you join, you will contribute to data platform modernization, cloud transformations, and the development of data-driven operating models. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will take ownership of complex, end-to-end data solutions, from ingestion and transformation to serving and visualization.
This is what you will be doing in a nutshell:
- Design and implement scalable, production-grade data pipelines (end-to-end).
- Architect and develop cloud-native data platforms using technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Lead technical discussions with clients, translating business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Drive data modeling initiatives (e.g., Data Vault 2.0, dimensional modeling).
- Ensure high standards for data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Act as a technical advisor to clients on data architecture and platform strategy.
- Elevate Others: Mentor, share, and inspire. Your experience isn't just for your projects; it’s for our collective growth..
- Depending on your experience, act as a Lead Data Engineer or contribute to data architecture design.
And here comes the part that makes this job, this culture, these projects different:
- Trust, from Day One: Not earned, but given. Trust in your judgment, your drive, your ability to sculpt your own career path and balance your life.
- The “Us Before Me” Code: Stuck? Question? Challenge? Type it into our internal chat. Within 10 minutes, you'll likely have insights from a colleague in your team, or in a different country. It's a living, breathing knowledge network that prioritizes collective success.
- Your AI Co-Pilot: This is where we truly stand out. By joining Solita, you'll learn to use powerful, internal AI tools. Not just to assist you with day to day tasks, but to accelerate your learning, challenge your proposed solutions, and fundamentally reshape how you approach complex data problems.
- Beyond the Office Walls: Yes, we have events. But it’s the spontaneous coffees, the post-work runs, the board game nights, the informal spaces where genuine care, passion, courage, and an easy-going spirit truly define our connections. This is where you feel Solita.
