At Solita, we’re looking for Data & AI interns to join our Leuven office and contribute to projects that create real value and impact for our customers. We see internships as an important way to support the next generation of consultants through hands-on learning, coaching, and real project experience. At the same time, internships also create valuable coaching opportunities for our current consultants, making learning a two-way exchange we truly value.
You will be part of a team that is courageous and passionate, but at the same time easy-going and caring. We work with data, AI, cloud, and integration solutions to help organizations solve real business problems. We believe the best solutions are built through collaboration between business understanding and technical expertise.
For our Leuven office, we are looking for interns in Data & AI who want to learn, take initiative, and grow in a consultancy environment.
This internship can take place during the academic year or over the summer months, based on mutual agreement. Please note that this is a non-remunerated internship position.
Your role in a nutshell
As a Data & AI Intern, you will support our team in exploring and building practical data- and AI-related solutions. Depending on your background, interests, and the internship topic, your work may include data engineering, analytics, machine learning, generative AI use cases, or supporting customer-oriented problem solving
What you bring
We are looking for students who are currently pursuing:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, or
- A Master’s degree in IT
with a clear interest or focus on Data & AI.
We hope you also bring:
- Fluency in Dutch or French, and English
- Curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn new things
- A proactive way of working and communicating
- Interest in both technology and business problems
- Confidence to interact with different kinds of stakeholders
- The ability, or motivation to learn, to explain your ideas clearly and convincingly
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with others
