Integration Lead, Solita Group IT

We are looking for an Integrations Lead to join Solita’s Group IT organization and to take ownership of Solita’s internal integrations and help shape how our Business Tech landscape works as we continue to grow.

In this role, you will ensure our internal systems connect reliably, support business needs, and evolve in a scalable way. You will combine hands-on integration expertise with management, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration across domains such as HR, Finance, and Operations.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, driving collaboration across teams, and improving how integrations are built, maintained, and governed. You are most comfortable in providing excellent Integrations Services but are not afraid to roll-up your sleeves too.

What you’ll do

As Integrations Lead, you will manage Solita’s internal integrations and help shape how integration development and operations are run going forward.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Owning and managing internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, including systems such as ERP and CRM.
  • Ensuring existing integrations are maintained and operate reliably and meet SLAs
  • Driving the development of new integrations together with internal stakeholders and technical experts
  • Contributing hands-on when needed, especially with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, JavaScript, and selected custom integrations
  • Defining ways of working for how integrations are designed, built, maintained, and supported
  • Coordinating internal development capacity and services by leveraging Solita’s wider integration expertise when needed. We have ~140 customer-facing Integration Architects and specialists to back you up and help you evolve. What are the latest best practices on building integrations or leveraging AI? – we've got you!
  • Working with other service managers, application owners, and business stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the integrations backlog
  • Helping service domains enable small-scale maintenance and continuous improvement in their existing integrations. E.g. HR & Finance could maintain and develop Payroll & Banking integrations independently.

You will report to the Director, Business Tech & Development and work closely with stakeholders across our Business Platform (EPR, CRM, Analytics tools, AI tools, Collaboration tools like Slack, Teams, M365 + various in-house built apps). There are no managerial nor economic responsibilities in this role other than tracking the cost of integrations and related tools themselves.

What we’re looking for

We expect you to have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in integration development and/or integration-related coordination or service management roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with integrations in complex business system environments
  • The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

To succeed in this role, you are:

  • A proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and moves topics forward
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn complexity into clear next steps
  • Business-minded and pragmatic, able to focus on what creates value within available resources
  • Strong at building relationships and trust across teams and organizational boundaries
  • Experience with Workday or integrations involving ERP systems is considered an advantage.

Why join Solita in this role?

You will work in an international role that sits at the intersection of technology, business needs, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have the support of an experienced and collaborative internal IT organization, functional leads across key domains and Solita’s wider community of integration professionals.
