We're now looking for professionals to join our AI community in Finland as either an AI Solution Designer, an AI Business Advisor, or a combination of both.
Both roles operate at the intersection of business, people, data, design, and AI. Together, they help customers identify valuable opportunities, design AI-powered solutions and ways of working, and scale AI adoption across the enterprise. Two profiles, one mission
AI Solution Designer
As an AI Solution Designer, your focus is on turning AI opportunities into practical solutions that create measurable value.
You help customers identify and prioritize opportunities, redesign workflows, define requirements, create concepts and implementation roadmaps, and ensure solutions can be successfully adopted in practice. You work closely with AI Architects, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
You understand modern AI capabilities such as Generative AI, AI agents, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Optimization, and Recommendation Systems well enough to identify where they create value and how they can be applied to real business challenges.
AI Business Advisor
As an AI Business Advisor, your focus is on helping organizations understand how AI impacts their business and where it can create competitive advantage.
You work with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities, prioritize investments, shape AI strategies, redesign operating models, and guide AI-enabled transformation. You help organizations navigate the opportunities, risks, costs, and organizational implications of AI while ensuring initiatives are connected to measurable business outcomes.
You bring your own perspective on business transformation, technology adoption, and organizational change, and are comfortable facilitating strategic discussions with executive stakeholders.
We are especially interested in people who can bridge both worlds. Many of the most impactful AI transformations require both strategic thinking and practical execution. Perhaps you're already comfortable working across business strategy, transformation, design, and implementation. Or perhaps you're stronger in one area today but want to grow toward the other.

We're not looking for AI Engineers or Architects. Instead, we're looking for professionals who understand modern AI well enough to recognize where different approaches create value, how they can be combined, and what is required to make them successful in practice.
You understand that successful AI depends on trusted and well-managed data, including data quality, governance, and modern data platforms. You understand the opportunities, limitations, risks, costs, and organizational implications of technologies such as Generative AI, AI agents, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Optimization, and modern analytics. Most importantly, you have demonstrated experience in identifying when different approaches are appropriate and how they can be combined to solve business challenges and create measurable value.
Ability to bridge business, people, and technology
You can translate between stakeholders with very different perspectives. You understand enough about business to discuss value creation, enough about technology to discuss possibilities and limitations, and enough about people and change to ensure solutions are actually adopted.
Design and transformation capabilities
Depending on your profile, you may facilitate workshops, conduct discovery work, design services and workflows, create roadmaps, define operating models, shape transformation initiatives, or help leadership teams make investment decisions related to AI.
Consulting mindset
You enjoy working with customers, navigating ambiguity, facilitating discussions, and helping organizations move from ideas to implementation. You combine critical thinking with practical problem-solving and are comfortable working with diverse stakeholder groups.

AI Designer salary range is €5,500-6,500/month and AI Business Designer salary range is €6,000-7,000/month, depending on experience and expertise.
