Solita and Solita AS have agreed on a management buyout that transfers ownership of Solita’s Norwegian operations to local management. The transition, effective 1 July, will see Solita AS operate as the independent company Axiom, led by Managing Director Espen Jacobsen.
The company, employing 8 professionals in Oslo, will continue its focus on digital transformation, data, and cloud services for Norwegian clients, while also expanding its management consulting services for industrial clients and other asset-heavy industries.
Solita and Axiom will maintain a close partnership. The companies will continue to collaborate on cross-border projects and share knowledge across the Nordic region, leveraging their combined capabilities to benefit clients in both markets.
