Technology, data, and design company Solita has appointed British executive Caroline Firstbrook to its Board of Directors. Firstbrook will commence her board duties at Solita in March.
Caroline Firstbrook is a seasoned board professional and business leader. She has served on the board of Marine Classification Society Lloyds Register Group since 2015. Firstbrook was the global Chief Operating Officer of international Law Firm Clifford Chance from 2015 to 2022, and held a variety of senior roles at Accenture, including membership of the UK board, and leadership of the European Strategy Practice, between 2005 and 2011. She has worked internationally through her career, including roles in the US, Germany, Amsterdam, UK and Italy, cultivating a deep understanding of how international businesses operate. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University in Canada.
