Effective 1 January 2025, the members of Solita’s group leadership team are:
- Ossi Lindroos, President and CEO of Solita Group
- John Klint, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). John Klint joined Solita’s leadership team as a new member on 10 February 2025. He brings extensive international experience, having served as CFO and Head of Strategy in several organisations, including HiQ and KPMG.
- Saana Nurminen, General Counsel
- Outi Sivonen, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
- Simo Paasi, Chief Operations Officer
- Aleksi Issakainen, Chief Commercial Officer. In his expanded role, Aleksi will continue to oversee marketing, as he did as Chief Marketing Officer, while also leading the development of Solita’s sales operations.
- Peter Barkman, Executive Vice President, International Expansion and M&A
In addition to the leadership of group functions, the Group Leadership Team members in Solita’s core countries and regions are:
- Timo Honko, Executive Vice President, Solita Finland
- Johan Torstensson, Executive Vice President, Solita Sweden
- Jesper Dan Christiansen, Executive Vice President, Solita Denmark
- Shankar Ralhan, Executive Vice President, Intellishore, the Solita-owned data consultancy in Denmark. Shankar joins Solita’s leadership team as a new member. He has worked for Intellishore for more than 10 years and most recently held the position of Head of Strategy & Transformation.
- Joris Haelterman, Executive Vice President, Solita Belgium
- Florian Disson, Executive Vice President, Solita Germany
- Espen Jacobsen, Executive Vice President, Solita Norway
