After joining forces with the Nordic digital transformation company Solita last year, the Danish ’IT gazelle’ Commentor A/S now announced the change of its name to Solita. CEO of Commentor, Jesper Dan Christiansen, has been appointed to Solita Group’s Leadership team. Continuing to be one of the most wanted IT employers, Solita now employs over 1,800 people in Northern Europe and over 200 in Denmark and has received over 24,000 job applications already this year.
Solita Group acquired the shares of Commentor A/S in April last year. As of today, Commentor A/S will merge with Solita in Denmark and change its name to Solita A/S. Altogether, Solita now employs over 200 people in Denmark, including the data analytics and strategy consultancy Intellishore. Complementing Solita’s vast technology, data and design offering, Commentor develops software and IT solutions for large companies and public organisations.
Jesper Dan Christiansen appointed to Leadership Team
Commentor’s now former CEO, Jesper Dan Christiansen has been appointed as the Executive Vice President for Denmark, and a member of the Solita Group’s Leadership Team. He will continue to lead the new Solita A/S together with the existing management.

A wanted IT employer – over 24,000 applications
