The Finnish technology, data and design company Solita has acquired Intellishore, a Danish data analytics and strategy consultancy. Together, the companies will continue to help businesses and organisations reap the benefits of digitalisation and data.
Intellishore specialises in working with complex data and strategy problems of multinational companies. Examples of Intellishore customers include LEO Pharma, Nordisk Film, Amgros, Joe & the Juice, and the Danish Tax Authority. Founded in 2013 by Amit Luthra and Sonu Banga, Intellishore currently employs more than 40 specialists of people-driven digital transformation and data in Copenhagen.
Intellishore will continue to operate as an independent entity company as part of the Solita Group, with both founders continuing to work for the joint group. With Intellishore, Solita now has a team of over 50 business and data transformation consultants in Copenhagen. Both companies operate in multi-disciplinary teams and have a strong know-how in combining strategy, actionable insights and cultural change to data and latest technology.
