Maija Hovila is the Chief Analytics Officer at KONE. She leads analytics capability development across KONE to drive the utilisation of data for even better performance. Maija has extensive international experience in the areas of data, analytics and strategy across consulting, start-ups and large multinationals in both B2C and B2B sectors.
She holds M.Sc. degree in applied mathematics, strategy and international business and MBA from the University of Cambridge. In her spare time Maija is an avid athlete and has represented Finland in the World Championships in Ironman triathlon and cycling and in the Youth Olympics in alpine skiing.

Terese Skärvagen is the chief program officer and lead open source at Public Housing Sweden going digital (Allmännyttans Digitaliseringsinitiativ). Public Housing Sweden going Digital, develops an adaptive business architecture and extensive tool box for 100 public housing companies. The aim is to form a model for collaboration and co-creation within Allmännyttan and its ecosystems, enabling common solutions and principles for sustainable business development and digital transformation.
Terese has a broad background as strategist in digital transformation where she worked in Telco during the roll out of 3G and 4G and at Electrolux. In latter years she has shifted to public sector.

Joseph mixes a range of skills in computer engineering, from software development to systems and networking. Claudia Olsson, appointed Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, is an innovation leader and speaker in the field of digital transformation. She is the founder and CEO of Stellar Capacity, a global education company specializing in digital upskilling and leadership that prepares leaders for a future where humans become more digital and digital becomes more human. Claudia is one of the Nordic region’s most sought-after speakers on exponential technologies, future trends, leadership and governance. Her work focuses on the impact of new technologies on citizens, society and global markets.
Claudia is passionate about addressing global challenges through smart solutions in governance, technology and business. As a member of the High Level Industrial Roundtable ”Industry 2030” at the European Commission, Claudia co-authored the Vision for the European Industry for 2030. Claudia has also co-authored the strategic innovation agenda for the Swedish Steel and Metal industry with a particular focus on the possibilities of artificial intelligence and machine learning. In 2016, Claudia authored the Sweden 2030 Future Scenario for the Digitalization Commission at the Government of Sweden, centering around the digital, integrated, smart and competitive society. She also co-authored the acclaimed report “Blockchain-Decentralized Trust” for the Entrepreneurship Forum.
Claudia has served as Associate Faculty at Singularity University as well as Senior Advisor to the Office of Strategic Analysis at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Sweden. Claudia previously established and managed the policy think-tank ACCESS Health International in Singapore, following her engagement with ACCESS in India and her assignment with the United Nations, Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). She holds a Master of Science in Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics.
In addition, Claudia has attended the Graduate Studies Program at Singularity University at NASA Ames Research Center, and is an alumni of the executive training programs at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and Harvard Kennedy School. Frequently recognised as one of Sweden’s top young business talents, Claudia Olsson has been awarded multiple honors including: European Young Leader (40 under 40) by Friends of Europe, The Young Leader of the year in Sweden by 4Potentials, a Leader of the Next Generation by the Stars Foundation in Switzerland and China, a Gifted Citizen by La Ciudad de las Ideas in Mexico.

Topi Ahava is an Account Director at Solita and Maiju’s co-host for this virtual event. He is specialised in all things related to smart construction & living. His colleagues find him sporadically funny and when specifically asked, his clients describe him as ”tall”.
