Account Manager to Stockholm / Gothenburg

Solita is a digital transformation company driven by data and human insight. We create culture, services and tech solutions that help us reinvent businesses and society for the better. Our services range from strategic consulting to service design, digital development, data, AI & analytics and managed cloud services. Our customers include brands like Amer Sports, Fortum, Finnair, Vianor and numerous others. We have around 800 consultants in Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Germany, and now we are looking for an Account Manager to help Solita’s growth in Sweden. 

As an Account Manager you are actively seeking solutions to customer needs. You’ll be responsible for growing and leading active relationships with named customers. This will require strategic thinking. You have an innovative mindset, you have an ability to challenge and you are actively looking for new business opportunities. In our customer projects you’ll meet the various expertise from Solita. You might be working closely with business developers, change management, data and software professionals.

This position is not a new sales role. We will provide you an interesting customer base and all the support that you’ll need to be successful in your Account Manager role.

What we expect from you

  • Previous B2B sales or account management experience with proven track record
  • Strategic thinking and ability to find new business opportunities
  • You are self-motivated and you have an ability to lead your own work
  • You are willing to travel between our customer locations in Sweden
  • Previous experience from technology companies is considered as a plus
  • Strong communication skills both in Swedish and English
