David Schmidt is one of the most vocal advocates for Business Design in Europe. He has been writing and talking about the topic for more than five years. He is co-organiser of the LinkedIn community of 9000+ Business Designers.
He has 8+ years of experience in innovation and business modelling and consulted DAX companies and startups on customer centric innovation, product development and business models. He holds degrees both in mathematics and sociology.

Mikko is a professional facilitator of innovation and also a business designer himself. He works with industry leading companies on their new business ventures and innovation capabilities building.

With a strong collaboration and visionary mindset Maria works as a Business Designer and Digital Ecosystem designer. She has a strong position in the data driven research and development stream within the Energy and Buildings/Housing sector, helping customers and organisation identifying potential in data, joint forces and collaborative business models.
Maria works both hands on and on a strategic level. She is totally remote and shifts from north to south, from wide scope to slim detail discussions in seconds. Maria is part of the Swedish Design and Strategy team and very proud to present the Business Design Masterclass for the Swedish market. She has participated herself in the same class earlier. Jaakko is an experienced business designer bridging business, insight and design thinking. Currently he is working on his PhD on the value of design thinking for strategic management.

Maiju Samberg has +20 years of experience in customer-centric design and service design around the world from global enterprises to small startups. She holds a Masters degree in Psychology. She has a strategic and systematic human-centered approach to developing businesses and organisations. Currently, she is a principal service designer in Team Solita Germany and focusing connecting human insights with data-driven business to create real value. She will act as a coach and host in the Masterclass, focusing especially on customer insights for business design.
