Join us on Wednesday November 9, for a good cup of Joe and an insightful morning crash course on: Business process excellence – How to get full value of business process management and take advantage of improvement opportunities.

In this session, we will walk you through why managing processes are the cornerstone of running business effectively today and how it’s done when it’s done right.

  • Understand the key elements that needs to be present and in place in order to succeed in building process excellence frameworks.
  • Learn why and in what way the anchoring and the involvement of stakeholders is a fundamental part of a successful process excellence journey.
  • Get inspired by best practices within process excellence as we share some of our own learnings with you from various industries.

This crash course is meant for business leaders, business managers, business strategists and developers, business process owners,  and business process specialists.

Our speaker & host: Katja Mandrup Jakobsen is a Business Transformation Lead at Solita Denmark. She works with industry-leading companies in Denmark and has process excellence and business transformation as her speciality. Previously, Katja has held positions on the client side and has substantial hands-on experience from companies like Dansk Retursystem, Ambu and GN.

During the last decade, Katja has focused on business process management including the development and implementation of BPM Strategy, BPM Governance, and helping different companies on the “why” and how to enable ongoing optimisation and efficiency of business processes. Katja is specialised in understanding organisations, building bridges between business strategy and business transformation, and ensuring successful stakeholder management and involvement along the way.
