Solution Sales Lead, Lifecycle services



Are you a solution oriented person who loves customer engagement? Would you like to be part of creating Digital Operations market and building new lifecycle services solutions for Solita and our customers? We are now looking for a Solution Sales Lead to join our new Lifecycle services (LCS) team. 


Solita Lifecycle services aims to help enterprises to solve their current struggle in the operations area and maximize the total value of ownership of a digital solution during the whole lifecycle. We target to win new business to Solita and expand our position from strategic digital development partner to operations domain. We are now building the core team and you have an opportunity to join our exciting journey.

As a Solution Sales Lead, you will be building new attractive business cases, service solutions and roadmaps for Solita and our customers. In this strategic role, you will work closely with our customers, account directors, sales, presales and solution architects across all Solita units and countries. 

You will be part of qualifying and managing the international LCS sales funnel, ensuring our win probability with the right kind of support. Together with our account leads and sales teams, you will take part in proactive LCS sales case hunting and identification in land and expand manner.

  • This is a senior pre-sales role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about both deal making and lifecycle services.
  • You have a wide understanding about IT consultancy business, and especially cloud platform services, custom apps, data and integrations.
  • Experience from building solutions and working in expert sales, helps you to succeed in this role.

You will be supported by the new LCS core team.

In addition to Finland, Solita currently operates in Sweden, Estonia, Denmark, Belgium and Germany working with some of the biggest companies and public organizations; including Finnair, Fortum, The Finnish Parliament and UPM.
