We are looking for new ambitious software and product business professionals to join our Agile Data Engine (ADE) product team, in a journey to build a Nordic success story in the global SaaS market. We are now taking next steps in building and growing the software business, and seeking results-oriented team players to make these steps possible.  


Agile Data Engine is a Software -as-a-Service developed in Solita, to enable data professionals to create continuous value from data in large and complex business environments. Agile Data Engine team was originally founded in 2016 and has been since providing DataOps software services for various Finnish and International organisations.

SDR, Sales development representative

What is this role about:

  • Communication with our potential customers: Prospecting and outbound sales activities, and qualifying and nurturing inbound leads
  • Book meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team
  • Be an important part of enabling the growth of our SaaS business through new customer acquisition.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written, English language) and collaboration aptitude.
  • Motivation in building a career in software business, and interest in how organizations can get value out of their data assets and products.
  • Previous inbound or outbound sales or sales development experience (1+ years)


Experienced B2B software sales director

What is this role about:

  • Overall responsibility of the sales success of your territory – planning, identifying, building and driving sales cases with the team of experts. Pipeline management is an extremely important part of your success.
  • You will be working with internal experts and with our implementation & technology partners to help our customers to be successful. 
  • To drive our customer success, you need to have a deep understanding of your customers’ data initiatives to make sure we are able to help our customers in the best possible way. 

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Extensive SW/Saas solution selling experience and a proven track record of successful sales execution
  • Domain expertise of modern data platforms or data management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High energy team player.


Full stack software engineer

What is this role about:

  • Designing, developing and operating Agile Data Engine core software and SaaS services.
  • Key technology stack: Java, Spring, AWS, containers, REST APIs, Typescript, React/Redux, SASS, CSS, PostgreSQL, Python, Node.js


What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Experience in both back-end and front-end technologies and methodologies (3+ years). Experience from software product and SaaS development is a big plus.
  • DevOps mindset and experience.
  • Enthusiasm to build a world-class software product.

Our recruitment consists of a few rounds of interviews where you will meet your possible colleagues and learn more about working in the Agile Data Engine team. You will be given the opportunity to show your skills and ask us questions. The purpose is to get to know each other better.
