Your Mission
You’ll support our Data & AI sales efforts in Germany, focusing on opening new accounts and deepening relationships with existing ones.
Your main goal: help clients realize value from their existing investments in data through focused advisory and rapid proof-of-value projects.
You’ll work closely with Managing Director Florian Disson (Berlin) and our Sales Expert Hubert Jaworski (Berlin), our market facing colleagues, and our European partner network to strengthen our market presence and offering.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business in our target segments: the data-awaken Mittelstand and German enterprise clients seeking modern, value-focused data and AI solutions.
- Lead by example: from prospecting and first conversations to proposal and deal closing.
- Translate complexity into clarity: turn data & AI opportunities into compelling business stories with clear ROI.
- Shape our sales playbook: refine our go-to-market, pipeline rhythm, and value-based proposal structure.
- Build partnerships and visibility: strengthen our presence in Databricks and industry ecosystems.
- Use AI-augmented tools to work faster, stay relevant, and personalize outreach.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in consultative B2B sales, ideally in cloud, data, or digital transformation.
- Strong network or experience in German manufacturing or enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to close mid-sized service deals (100k–500k range).
- Hands-on attitude: you sell, shape, and build in parallel.
- Fluent in German and English.
