Project Manager / People Lead to join our Cloud & Connectivity team

Would you like to work in a people-centric culture amongst a team of experts at the forefront of the digitalization journey? Are you passionate about leadership and would be interested in combining your role as a Project Manager with coaching a group of consultants?

As part of our solid growth journey in Sweden, we are looking for a Project Manager / People Lead to join our Cloud & Connectivity team in Stockholm. In this role, you would have the opportunity to combine your passion for coaching with a role as Project Manager.

In the role of Project Manager, you will work in customer assignments typically leading a delivery team from Solita. It can be traditional project management, or in a role as scrum master, or in a role as an assignment lead for our assignment. You would be ensuring customer satisfaction and value of cloud and integration projects by working closely with experts in technology, account management and key stakeholders on the customer side. The projects span a range of industries and also vary in terms of size and duration. Our range of technologies in use is extensive and we always seek to stay on top of emerging technologies in all our projects. You will also take an active role in recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues, as well as have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our unit’s business, processes and culture. We don’t work in traditional “teams” but rather organize ourselves in a way that supports each consultant's preferences and self-leadership.

  • A genuine interest and drive to coach and lead individuals, providing the means for them to grow and feel supported;
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English – you have the courage to challenge and steer the customer in the right direction when needed.

We don't expect you to be ready when you join Solita – our community will be happy to offer peer-support whenever needed.
