WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for Design professionals in Finland with different backgrounds to join our story. We are particularly interested in:
- Business-technology bridgers, who combine strong business knowledge, architectural thinking and technological understanding and who have hands-on experience in driving impactful change and leading complex transformations.
- AI-oriented business designers, who understand how to utilize data and AI to drive lasting business development and change.
- Experienced, hands-on digital designers, who create intuitive, accessible and human-centric digital services that truly serve their users and make a difference – whether in public or private sectors.
- In addition, you are able to work in our Helsinki or Tampere office
WHAT NEW DESIGNERS AT SOLITA TYPICALLY HAVE
- Strong knowledge of service development and design, be it through product development, business development, visual design or something else
- At least one core skill that is applicable in customer work
- Ability to embrace uncertainty and build clarity from complexity

- In Finland, fluency in Finnish is required as our customers include Finnish companies and public sector in addition to multinational corporations.

Due to the nature of our consulting work, we are not hiring interns or specialists for the summer period only. It’s also good to note that the recruitment process will likely extend beyond the summer holidays. The likely start would be in the fall.
