Enterprise Architect

At Solita, we work extensively with our clients' architecture. We are expanding our service offering in the direction of strategic level architecture. To support this growth, we are looking for reinforcements to our experienced team of data architects who have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of adaptive business and the development of architectural work. You get to join in building what architecture has to offer in one of Finland's top professional communities in co-operation with our Cloud, Dev, Design and Data experts.

We see enterprise architecture as a methodology that helps people to bridge the gap between different viewpoints. About the job
The work is versatile and varies from day to day. The projects can be long-term, extensive customer relationships where you work as part of a diverse team. Or shorter assignments where you work very independently with the support of the rest of the organization. Our customers are very diverse in terms of size, industries and methods of operation. Depending on your background, the job description may be more technical or business oriented. In particular, we value comprehensiveness, business spirit and openness. • experience in designing and developing enterprise-wide solutions
• expertise in (master) data and enterprise architecture, consulting and process development
• business skills, sales mindset and entrepreneurial attitude
• excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills, courage to challenge customer when needed
• ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion
• understanding of cloud technologies, devops and agile methodologies
• ability to use Finnish and English as working language
