We are looking for an Emerging Enterprise Architect to join our Design & Strategy team. As part of Solita you aim to create impact in areas that affect in our everyday life, e.g., transforming eldercare services or energy solutions. With Solita’s Design & Strategy team, you design new business changes in collaboration with our clients and other Solitans!

What you would dig in to;
The assignments you would work with will support our customers in areas such as business modeling & enterprise modeling, value stream analysis, business capability design, business process improvement, service design, methodology, data-governance, impact-analysis, information flow design, information architecture, IT landscape architecture workshop facilitation, as-is-analysis, and design of target architectures.
In this position, you might have a few projects at hand simultaneously, depending on your skillset and wish. You would work in teams with senior colleagues with expertise in enterprise design, process excellence and business architecture and learn from them, while delivering value to our clients in advising them and building their methodologies and toolboxes for governing and modeling their business solutions and architectures.
There will be a lot of variation, and you will get a unique chance to work with a very experienced and innovative team! Further on, you will also get to specialize in the area of consulting that motivates you the most.

At Solita we normally start from the customer perspective and employee perspective and drive change together with people. Our core focus and starting point is normally business design, service design and process design supported by business- and information architecture methods and tools.
Our approach is to work with a design thinking mind-set and in lean and agile methods.
We believe in visual models as tools for organizations to create a common understanding of the existing landscape, of the problem space and target states.

What we hope you have in your in your carry-on;

- Modelling method skillls
- Have knowledge of business-/enterprise architecture tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS, LeanIX, Qualiware, Signavio,
- Solution architecture and/or software development skills
- Interest in consultative client work to create an impact that lasts
- Good presentation, moderation, and communication skills
- Relevant educational background
- Fluent English and Swedish language skills
