Cloud / Integration Consultant with a knack for coaching and leadership

As part of our expansion journey, we are looking for a Consultant / People Lead to join our Cloud & Connectivity team in Stockholm. In combination with your work as a Consultant in the area of cloud or integration (depending on your expertise and aspirations), you will also be able to hone your interest in coaching leadership by providing support to a group of consultants with the aim to serve as a sounding board in their professional development and well-being at Solita. 

What it means to be a People Lead at Solita;

As a People Lead, you would be involved in creating professional development plans in line with our consultants’ competencies and career aspirations, providing the means for them to grow in the role, and offering continuous coaching and empowerment in different situations. You also have the opportunity to be involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues, as well as contribute to the development of our unit’s business, processes and culture.

We don’t work in traditional “teams” but rather organize ourselves in a way that supports each consultant's preferences and self-leadership. You will be surrounded by a team of 6 more People Leads, alongside 100+ People Leads globally.

What we hope you have in your carry-on; 

• You have acquired solid experience as a Developer or Architect in the area of Cloud, Integration or API Management. We partner with a range of technologies, such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Apigee and Boomi, to mention a few;

• Previous experience in a consulting role is desirable;

• A genuine interest and drive to coach and lead individuals, providing the means for them to grow and feel supported;

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Here’s what our hiring process looks like:

In recruitment, we think a smooth sprint is fast; we’ll review your application soon. If we see a potential match, we’ll invite you to an introductory meeting to get to know you better and to explain our culture and values at Solita. The focus of the second round of interviews will be on the technical competence fit. If all goes well, we will be proceeding to the final step of the process which concerns the job contract negotiations and bringing you on board as a Solitan!

The location for this position is in Stockholm, Sweden.

Unfortunately currently we can’t offer relocation for candidates outside Sweden.
