Become a MuleSoft Integration Specialist with Solita’s MuleSoft Academy

Solita is the leading MuleSoft talent hub in the Nordics. We serve customers across the industries with MuleSoft Anypoint based integration services, helping these customers to run and transform their businesses and ecosystems. Solita's Connectivity unit provides full lifecycle integration services to customers. In total we have nearly 70 integration experts working with integration development in Finland. We also have up to 24/7 support service hours. Our customers continuously explore new frontiers in their business and in parallel optimise the current operations. This means that there’s growing demand for Solita expertise.

Now we are looking for experts who have worked with some integration technology stack or have a solid background with software development and would be ready to take the MuleSoft challenge!

You will sign a full-time employment contract with Solita before the training starts. The training module is Anypoint Platform Development: Fundamentals (Mule 4), Virtual Classroom Training by MuleSoft. After the training there will be an onboarding period and you will start working in a client project as an Integration Specialist. In our own MuleSoft Academy, you will gain hands-on experience on MuleSoft together with our known and highly experienced API and integration experts. The training consists of both hands-on exercises, lessons and self-learning materials. At the end of the training, you will perform the MuleSoft Certified Developer certification. The training sessions will be organised in English and all costs will be covered by Solita. You have freedom to work either in our offices across Finland or remotely, in our customers’ premises – which option suits best at a given time.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

• Some previous experience with any integration platform or technology
• Some programming and database knowledge; You might be a software developer from your background which is an excellent base for an integration specialist role
• Genuine interest in developing yourself as an integration professional and specialising in MuleSoft platform
• Ability to understand business and related causes and consequences
• Desire to find technical and functional solutions to problems
• Background from consultative role is a plus
• Good English language skills
• And most importantly, sharing our values: independence and responsibility; less meetings, more chat; open and active communication; the will to constantly learn new things and develop yourself
