What we look for:

  • Machine Learning Expertise: Proficiency in designing and implementing machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Python or R, along with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, understand data patterns, and implement AI solutions that drive business impact.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative approach to solving complex challenges and refining algorithms to improve performance.
  • Strong Communication: Capacity to translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data science
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, and French or Dutch
