We are now looking for an Account Director to help transform the businesses of our key accounts to meet the needs of the changing world.

As an Account Director, you will act as the business development partner for companies seeking impact and change. Your main task is to own and manage our relationship with a number of key accounts and develop an in-depth understanding of their business in order to expand our cooperation further. You will be responsible for the profitability and growth of these accounts, while also ensuring the satisfaction of the customer and our consulting teams. You will be working side-by-side with our consultants and collaborating closely with customer management, executive teams and steering groups. The projects will bring together our customers’ talent and Solita’s subject matter experts in customer insight, business development, change management, data, technology and AI.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Solid experience in selling solutions, challenger sales and sensemaking
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of agile project management
  • Identification and knowledge of different business management planning processes
  • Courage to expose oneself to the possibility of failure and ability to build confidence in others
  • Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Swedish is strongly beneficial.

You have a knack for establishing trust, forming and maintaining strong relationships, as well as solid experience in team leadership. You know what inspires the best talent (and why it does so), and highly value working with a human-centric approach.

The ability to entertain the customer or deep technological know-how are not the most relevant traits to succeed in this demanding but rewarding job. We are looking for well-rounded people who at the same time can work in a hunter sales role and also recognize the importance of empathy. Those who are ignited by impact and change.
