At Solita every day is an adventure in helping clients excel in a data driven future. I am part of my Solita dream team for a pre study on how to make our customer rock in a data driven cloud world. I´m so grateful to be in this team with such fun, exceptionally bright and talented Solita colleagues! Their expertise is outstanding and so is their sense of humor. Culture meeting at Solita for the Design and Strategy team – every month we learn and share competence in relevant areas. We cover topics as Process mining, Information modelling, Business Design, Service Design and Data driven topics. Today I had the privilege to discuss these topics with my awesome colleagues.

Björn Olofsson - Data Tech Lead

Björn Olofsson is a Data Tech Lead at Solita and has over 20 years of experience in data and analytics, evaluating new technologies, knowledge sharing and advisory roles. He has been working with the biggest companies in Sweden guiding them in their data-driven journey. “The most inspiring thing in Solita is the combined knowledge in the company. So many talented people eager to help each other. The technology shift from on-prem to cloud has only started, many companies have moved their analytical capabilities to the cloud but the technology landscape is still under rapid change. I am looking forward of being part of continuing guiding companies finding there path in this environment to help them develop capabilities for quick, accurate insights.”

Martina Seradji - Data Engineer

Martina has been working within Business Intelligence area as a Data Engineer for 11 years. “I think the the hyperscalers (GCP, Azure and AWS) define the future for BI. I am in the right place now and especially in my current assignment. There are so many things to dig deeper into that I am interested in e.g. the role of data lakes today and in the future. Also the architecture around it. Solita is really paying attention to the direction you want to develop into and the focal point in your roles. I have been allowed figure out my direction i.e. move into a team role or focus more technically. When I wanted to focus 100% on the client I have been allowed to do that. Here at Solita there is a freedom of opinion, little hierarchies, I like that”

Anahit Pogosova - Cloud Software Engineer

Constant learning is the thing that makes me thrive at work. If you become too comfortable and stay stagnant in this industry, you actually start going backwards. That’s how quickly the industry develops. I’ve had the opportunity to learn a lot during my 11 years at Solita. Sometimes people wonder why I’m still working for the same company, but I don’t see any reason to change jobs since I’ve had such a wide variety of projects and my role has changed and evolved during the years. I have never been limited to any one silo or unit but was given an opportunity to collaborate with people all around the company. This opens up a lot of opportunities, enabling various learning and development paths.

For over 25 years, we have been a strong community of talented experts understanding both customer needs and opportunities of modern technology. Our way of working has matured into a unique culture with strong values, wide autonomy, flat organization and possibilities to grow. Everything we have, is in our people.
