Solita has been nominated as one of the three finalists for the Company of the Year award in Grand One competition. In addition, Solita’s customer cases were nominated for the finals in five categories: Best Online Service, Best Mobile Service, Best Use of Data, Best Service Design and Best User Experience. Grand One is Finland’s largest digital marketing communications competition.
The Company of the Year category is not open for entries, but the nominees are chosen of companies whose entries receive at least two cases to be awarded. The other finalists for Company of the Year are TBWA/Helsinki and 20/20 Helsinki. Altogether 386 cases compete for the Grand One awards this year.
Solita’s nominees for the Grand One finals included the following work: HSL.fi online service, accelerating smooth public transport, the Donate Speech project aiming at supporting the development of Finnish-speaking AI services, and Koronavilkku – Finland’s official mobile application to fight the Covid19 pandemic. On a global scale, the Koronavilkku mobile app is one of the world’s most downloaded Covid19 tracing applications relative to population: it has already been downloaded more than 2.5 million times.
“Despite the exceptional pandemic year, Solitans and our customers continue to do excellent work, and we were able to hire over 200 new Solitans in six countries last year.
