The technology, strategy and design company Solita continues its internationalisation by expanding into Germany. The company will open an office in Munich later this autumn. Solita’s goal is to build a strong local design and data company in Germany. With over 700 digital business specialists, Solita is one of the fastest growing digital transformation companies in the Nordics.
The Apax Digital Fund, a technology-focused growth equity fund advised by global private equity company Apax Partners, acquired a majority stake in Solita in June 2018 to help the company accelerate growth in Finland, as well as in international markets.

Solita is growing and expanding internationally
Solita started its internationalisation by opening offices in Stockholm and Tallinn in 2017. Solita’s international customers include Amer Sports, Assa Abloy, Atria, Ensto, Finnair, Fortum and Metso. In August this year, Solita also opened new offices in Lahti and Turku in Finland.
Currently, Solita employs a total of 700 strategic consultants, service designers and specialists in digital services, AI, analytics and cloud computing in Finland, Sweden and Estonia.
