Technology, data and design company Solita has been named Employer Brand of the Year finalist. Recognition is given for systematic, strategic and long-term work with target groups and brand.
The Employer of the Year brand in Finland will be chosen at the Recruitment Gala, which will be held on 4 November in Helsinki.The competition is organised by Duunitori, a Finnish job board and recruiting media. Partners of the event include the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, the Private Employment Agencies’ Association, HR media HR Viesti, and the independent association of personnel management and professionals HENRY. The gala is sponsored by Minister of Labor Tuula Haatainen. In addition to the Employer of the Year brand, the Recruitment gala awards Recruiter of the Year, the Recruitment Act of the Year, the Best Recruitment Campaign and the Innovator of Recruitment of the Year.
Solita continues its steady growth. Despite the pandemic, the company has already recruited more than 300 experts this year. The company now employs more than 1200 experts in six countries, with offices in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Germany and Estonia.
