The digital transformation consultancy Solita has acquired the shares in the Ferrologic Group, the digital services consultancy operating in Sweden, Denmark and Belgium. Together with Ferrologic, Solita is now a North European leader in data-driven digital transformation and business design with almost 1,000 professionals in six countries.
Ferrologic currently employs close to 100 specialists in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen and Brussels building connected, data-driven and analytical capabilities for transforming global companies. The net sales of Ferrologic Group in 2018 amounted to EUR 13,1 million (SEK 140 million).
Complementing Solita’s offering, Ferrologic strengthens companies’ digital capabilities within information management, API connectivity, process excellence, data science and analytics. Based on these capabilities, Ferrologic helps customers to design and build automated and data-driven processes and services, from idea to solution. Ferrologic was founded in 2001 by Johan Thyblad, Carl Tivelius and Anders Tholén.
With Ferrologic and the recently acquired data consultancy Sparks AB, Solita now employs almost 1,000 strategic consulting, service design, software development, analytics, cloud services and integration specialists in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Belgium and Germany. With the acquisition of Ferrologic, Solita enters the Danish and Belgian markets in addition to its current home markets.
