4. Purpose of use

Solita Oy marketing register is used for the direct marketing of its products, services and events and for corresponding measures.

5. Data content

The register may contain the following information:

  • Name
  • Organisation and position
  • Address of organisation
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Other information submitted by the person

6. Regular sources of data

Data for the marketing register is obtained through customer relationships, via Solita Oy website (contact forms, downloads, newsletter subscription forms), registrations for Solita Oy events and generally available online sources.

7. Regular disclosure of data

The controller does not disclose personal data to third parties, unless the Finnish authorities so require.

8. Deletion of data from the register

Data can be deleted and modified at the request of the person in question. Requests must be submitted to the email address provided under item 2.

9. Data protection principals of the register

Personal data is stored confidentially. The register can be accessed only by Solita employees who need the data for their assignments. The data network and equipment of the controller and its possible information technology partners are protected using a firewall and other necessary technical measures.

4. Purpose of use

Solita Ltd’s recruitment marketing register is used for the direct marketing of open positions with Solita.

5. Data content

The register contains the following data as submitted by the person in question:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

6. Regular sources of data

The register only contains data submitted by the person in question, who has inserted this data into a form available on Solita Ltd’s website.

7. Regular disclosure of data

The controller does not disclose personal data to third parties, unless the Finnish authorities so require.

8. Deletion of data from the register

The person in question may modify the data they submitted and remove themselves from the register by following the instructions provided in the direct marketing message (email). These functionalities require an Internet connection and a web browser.

4. Purpose of use

The purpose of the register is to process and store job applications received by Solita Oy. An applicant may apply for a specific job or submit an open application.

The information provided by the applicant is stored in the register for two (2) years and may be retrieved with regard to later application processes. The data is stored confidentially and can only be accessed by Solita employees participating in the recruitment process.

  • Basic information (name, contact information)
  • Information concerning education and work experience
  • Applicant’s preferences with regard to their prospective job
  • Information related to the applicant’s experience and competence profile
  • Additional information provided by the applicant
