Petronella Posti Hultqvist, who was born in Finland but currently lives in Stockholm, has extensive experience in IT and consulting business, for instance in business-supporting data warehouse and business intelligence solutions, sales and marketing. Previously, she has held managerial positions with Intellibis, Affecto and Palet Software. In addition, she has worked as an entrepreneur in the field of analytics and data storage, organised conferences for the analytics community in Sweden and coordinated Kimball University trainings, which concentrate on data storage and BI solutions.

Solita opened its first international office in the centre of Stockholm, Sweden, in January. Solita’s Swedish customers include, for instance, Assa Abloy.

Petronella Posti Hultqvist started in her new position on 11 September.
At the moment, Solita is especially looking for service designers, as well as data science and cloud experts, to work in Sweden. After its merger with the service design company Palmu in March 2017, Solita already employs more than 600 digital business experts from service designers and lean start up experts to software developers, business intelligence and data science specialists, as well as cloud and integration solution experts.
