Ferrologic becomes Solita
The digital transformation consultancy Solita continues to grow its operations in Northern Europe by uniting its brand in Sweden, Belgium and Denmark. On October 1st, Ferrologic, which joined Solita in 2019 by acquisition, will change its name to Solita.
The name change reflects the companies’ joint mission to become a North European leader in data-driven digital transformation. Solita acquired the shares in the Ferrologic Group, the digital services consultancy operating in Sweden, Denmark and Belgium in November 2019. Solita now employs 1,000 professionals in six countries.

Solita’s customers include companies such as Assa Abloy, Fortum, Readly, Scania and UPM.
Solita helps customers become data driven, from idea to solution, combining expertise from strategic consulting to service design, software development, AI & analytics, as well as cloud and integration services.

Ferrologic was founded in 2001 by Johan Thyblad, Carl Tivelius and Anders Tholén. The founders and the rest of the employees of Ferrologic are continuing to work in the joint group.
