Our speaker & host: Katja Mandrup Jakobsen is a Business Transformation Lead at Solita Denmark. She works with industry-leading companies in Denmark and has process excellence and business transformation as her speciality. Previously, Katja has held positions on the client side and has substantial hands-on experience from companies like Dansk Retursystem, Ambu and GN.
During the last decade, Katja has focused on business process management including the development and implementation of BPM Strategy, BPM Governance, and helping different companies on the “why” and how to enable ongoing optimisation and efficiency of business processes. Katja is specialised in understanding organisations, building bridges between business strategy and business transformation, and ensuring successful stakeholder management and involvement along the way.Sign up
