The trend of IT outsourcing about to turn - Louhi and Solita to cooperate

Solita and Louhi have agreed on a cooperation model where Solita specialises in the production of IT system solutions and IT consulting services. Louhi specialises in providing hosting service that supports demanding application development. The cooperation creates better abilities to provide total IT services that include both the consulting and solution implementation and the technical maintenance and operation control of various applications.

Solita to develop and maintain IT systems for Tekes in extensive framework agreement

Extensive framework agreement covers the further development and maintenance of IT systems supporting Tekes’s core processes.

Solita has been chosen as the supplier in the framework agreement concerning the further development and maintenance of IT systems supporting Tekes’s core processes. The agreement covers three areas: financing process systems, customer process systems and electronic services and extranet integration. Solita won the competitive bidding in all three areas. The newly made agreement further extends Solita and Tekes’s long-term cooperation. Solita has realised, for example, the ASTA customer management system included in the framework agreement. The agreement is for four years.

Solita provides Ministry of Justice with system for public guardianship

Solita was selected to provide the IT department of the Finnish judicial administration with the planning and implementation of a system for public guardianship. The aim of the project is to realise a coherent national information system for the public guardianship. In 2009, the public guardianship was referred to the responsibility of the Public Legal Aid Offices of the Finnish Ministry of Justice. The planned system is to develop, unify and support the functionality of the public guardianship services.
